Capacity Benefit Margin (CBM)
Pursuant to NERC Standard MOD-006, Lakeland Electric makes the following statements regarding its use of Capacity Benefit Margin (CBM) for any Electric Transmission Service:
Lakeland Electric does not use or reserve Capacity Benefit Margin (CBM) for any Electric Transmission Service. Lakeland Electric has adopted the Florida Reliability Coordination Council's (FRCC) methodology for calculation and use of CBM and all other transmission transfer capability related values. Lakeland Electric would use the FRCC methodology to calculate, reserve, and use the CBM in the future if it chose to use CBM.
