Lakeland Electric is proud to announce the launch of a new feature in our Customer Service telephone system. Beginning April 15, 2012: You can now access your utility account(s) by telephone 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day, you can retrieve your account balance and due date, make a payment, request a payment extension if one is needed, and even update your telephone number. Customer Service representatives will continue to be available to speak with you during normal business hours, 7:30am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday* (*excluding holidays).
