Lakeland Electric Activates 2.3MW (AC) Solar Power Plant at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport, marks the activation of the first phase of the 5.65MW project

Once completed, the two phases will produce approximately 9.9million kilowatt hours (kWh) annually
        and over 234 million kilowatt hours (kWh) over the initial 25 years of operation.

Phase 1 (South):

        Phase 1 will produce approximately 4.65million kilowatt hours (kWh) annually and over 109 million kilowatt hours (kWh)
        over the initial 25 years of operation.

No Upfront Cost to Lakeland Electric
There were no up-front capital costs to Lakeland Electric for the deployment of the solar power plant. Under a Solar Power Purchase Agreement (SPPA), Lakeland will purchase the energy produce to at predictable rates
