3. 3. Transmission Service Requests will be previewed and approved on real time basis – conditions permitting. Approval or denial of the request will be sent back to you.
4. 4. This Transmission Service Request form is only considered official and complete when the requester has received a verbal confirmation of receipt from Lakeland Electric.
   Verbal confirmations can be obtained at (863) 834-6150. No actions will be taken by Lakeland Electric until they have issued a verbal confirmation.

18. Transmission request will be processed and approved on a first in basis, based on the date and time stamp of received requests. Rates: Lakeland Electric’s Open Access Rate Schedules for transmission service are available upon request. For a request for firm service, please provide a description of the supply characteristics of the capacity and energy to be delivered and an estimate of the capacity and energy to be delivered.
