Capacity Benefit Margin (CBM)
Pursuant to NERC Standard MOD-006, Lakeland Electric makes the following statement regarding its use of Capacity Benefit Margin Values for Electric Transmission Service:
Lakeland Electric does not use or reserve Capacity Benefit Margin (CBM) for any Electric Transmission Service. Lakeland Electric has adopted the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council's (FRCC) methodology for calculation and use of CBM and all other transmission transfer capability related values. Lakeland Electric would use the FRCC methodology to calculate, reserve and use CBM in the future if it chose to use CBM.
